All of our group classes are 45 minutes long and can accommodate up to 10 people (Reformer Studio) and 15 people (Mat Studio). We offer Beginner + Intermediate Reformer, Hot Mat Pilates, Non-heated Mat Pilates, Hot Power Yoga, Hot Yin Yoga, Parents and Bubs Classes and Private Sessions. Beginner Reformer

Our beginner reformer Pilates class is perfect for everyone, whether you're new to reformer Pilates or looking to refine your skills. Designed to accommodate all levels of fitness and experience, it's the ideal place to start your journey or enhance your practice. Join us to build a strong foundation in a supportive and inclusive environment!

Intermediate Reformer

Our intermediate reformer Pilates class is tailored for those with a strong foundation in Pilates and extensive experience with the reformer. This class will push you with advanced techniques and more complex movements, focusing on refining your form, building strength and enhancing flexibility. It’s perfect for those ready to challenge themselves and take their practice to the next level in a dynamic and focused environment. We recommend a minimum of 10-15 beginner classes at the studio before attending.

Hot Mat Pilates

Hot Mat Pilates is a full-body, low impact workout performed in a room heated to 30-35 degrees, helping warm your muscles, increase flexibility and elevate your heart rate. The heat encourages deeper muscle engagement, improved circulation and getting a good sweat, whilst the Pilates movements focus on building core strength, stability, posture and muscle endurance. Leaving you feeling recharged. Not suitable for prenatal clients.

Mat Pilates

Our non-heated Mat Pilates classes provide a full-body workout in a comfortable, room-temperature environment. These sessions are designed to build strength, mobility and endurance. Expect strong, controlled movements, with options offered throughout to make the class suitable for all levels.

Hot Power Yoga

Ignite your strength, flexibility and focus in our Hot Power Yoga class. Practiced in a heated room, this dynamic flow combines challenging postures with mindful breathing to build endurance, improve balance and energise your body. Suitable for all levels, each session encourages you to challenge your limits safely while leaving you energised, centred and refreshed. As this class is heated, it is not suitable for prenatal clients.

Heated Yin Yoga

Slow down, stretch deep and unwind in our Heated Yin Yoga class. Set in a warm, soothing environment, this practice focuses on long-held poses that help release tension and improve flexibility. Your mind can find calm while your body melts into each posture. Suitable for all levels, with modifications offered to ensure a safe and restorative experience. As this class is heated, it is not suitable for prenatal clients.

Private Sessions

Our private 1:1 or 2:1 reformer Pilates sessions offer a personalised approach to meet your specific needs and goals. Perfect for those seeking individualised attention or for newcomers who want a tailored introduction before joining a group class. These sessions provide focused guidance, allowing you to progress at your own pace and build confidence in a supportive environment. Email us here to book.

Private Group Class

Our Parents & Bubs reformer Pilates class is designed to support your journey through the postpartum period.
